She was predeceased by: her parents, Andre Pitois and Berengere Pitois (Lannier); her former husband Harlow W. Wheeler; and her son Gary Wheeler. She is survived by: her husband James Beckman; her son Dan Wheeler of Harvey; her granddaughter Jenea Jessie (Christian) of Grand Rapids; her great grandchildren, Jaylen, Jonah and Jordy; and her brother-in-law Donald Beckman of Southern California. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
