He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Storms and Ida Storms; his wife Ruth Storms; his children, Jim Hale, Joey Storms, Lester Storms and Emmy Lou Brilinski; his siblings, Darwin (Mary), Truman, Frank (Dee), Howard (Janice) and Phyllis Storms; and his grandchildren, Thomas Bushey and Melinda LaFave.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Anne Amlotte of Rockford, MI, Ida Doan (Charlie) of Ossineke, MI and Delbert Storms Jr. (Linda) of Marquette, MI; and his siblings, Norman Storms (Donna) of Flint, MI and Evelyn Rollyson (Earl) of Ocala, FL.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as 32 Grandchildren, 57 Great Grandchildren, and 23 Great-Great Grandchildren.
