She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnson and Macel Johnson (Wheaton); and her husband James Birner. She is survived by: her children, Gary Johnson of Bangor, MI, Christine Birner of St. Joseph, MI, Robert Birner (Tiffiny) of Bangor, MI and Jenny Anderson (Robby) of Marquette; and her sister Carol Hall of Cadillac, MI.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
