With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothea Jean Weigel of Marquette, Michigan, who passed away on February 21, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Howard and Emma Hogan (Hendrickson); her husband Charles Weigel; and her siblings, Carol (Arthur Huempfner), Mary Lou (William King), Adaleen Hogan and John Howard Hogan, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Marie Roidl, Kathleen Ann Porschet (Jim), Frederick Charles Weigel (Olga) and Timothy James Weigel (Darlene); her grandchildren, Lori Tourish (Paul), Jerry Reynolds (Desiree), Crystal Vann (Anthony), Andrew Weigel (Amanda), Lindsey Umlauf (Jon), Joshua Roidl (Megan), Jeremiah Roidl, George Roidl, Ramiro Morales and Renee Isassi; her great grandchildren, Zachary Tourish, Seth Tourish, EmmaLea Vann, Audree Reynolds, Kyra Ison (Dillon), Jayden Roidl and Wyatt Umlauf; her brothers, Richard L. Hogan (Judy) and Terry Hogan; and her nieces and nephews, Kelly Wedge (Jim), Casey Hogan, Jamie Hogan (Steve), Amy Leonard (Fred), Sandra Murray (Mike), Cheryl Hooper, Bethany Forbes, Tom Hogan and Bob King (Marie).

Masks and social distancing are required and attendance limited.
