He is survived by: his uncle David; his daughter Callie Thomas; his mother Janet Forslund (Drew); his brothers, Jeff Thomas (Alison), Shayne Treloar (Mandie) and Anthony Treloar; and his nieces and nephews, Clayre, Hallie, Evan and Conner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
