He is survived by: his parents, Michael Shimon and Patricia Shimon (Johnson) of Marquette; his son Gregory Michael Shimon (Kate) of Appleton, WI; his sisters, Chris Miller (Jon) of Kaukauna, WI and Marcia Rae Neeley (Dwight) of Mount Pleasant, WI; his nephews, Jordan Miller (Hannah), Jason Miller (Allie), Jared Miller of Mount Pleasant, WI and Lieutenant Dean Neeley; his aunts and uncles, Jim Johnson (Les) of Munford, TN, Jerry Shimon of Flint, MI, Mary Constance (Dick) of Marquette and Marcia Franti (David) of Columbus, OH; his close friends, Preston Young and MJ Wilson; and his friend Greg.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Fassbender Swanson Hansen Funeral & Cremation Services (926 N 3rd St, Marquette, MI 49855). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
