He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norman, Edith Gregg, Howard and Lois MacDonald; his aunt Janet Lounds; and his uncle Hollis MacDonald.
He is survived by: his parents, Judy Caldwell and Davis MacDonald (Leanne); his stepfather Dennis Caldwell; his brother Nathan MacDonald (Christina); his stepsister Laura Gargiulo (Peter); his uncle Jerry Gregg (Rhonda); and his aunts, Cathy Larson, Jill Johnson (Eric) and Vicky Woods. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
