It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Ferdinand Drobny of Marquette, Michigan, born in Negaunee, Michigan, who passed away on July 7, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Drobny and Charlotte Drobny (Wank); his wife Elaine Marie Kolky; his sister Charlotte "Lolly"; and his brother-in-law Bill Simmons.
He is survived by: his children, James Drobny (Susan) of Marquette, Jill Hadley (Ted) of Sunnyvale, CA and Robin Rauvala (Wally) of Marquette; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Candace Drobny, Heidi, Adam Rauvala and Eric Hadley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
