With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Dorothea Liubakka (Marquette, Michigan), who passed away on February 27, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Liubakka; her great grandchild Emmariah; her aunts, Julia Powers (Jack) and Violet Wilbee (Vincent); and her siblings-in-law, Ray Liubakka (Viola), Violette Koski (Eugene), Donald Liubakka (Carol) and Pat Liubakka.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Liubakka (Beth Hanlon) of White Lake and Lisa Pohlman of Marquette; her sister Bonnie; her brother-in-law Richard Reedy; her grandchildren, Kelcie, Jessica (Bryton), Erik, Jacob, Emily, Senia and Alex; her great grandchildren, Ryder, Miles, Dean, Wade, Annabeth, Ellyana and Emmarie; her cousins, Henry "Chiko" Powers (Sue) and Dennis Wilbee (Carolyn); her brother-in-law Art Liubakka; and her daughter-in-law Margaret Liubakka. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
