She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Howard and Marie Howard (Pouttu); and her husband Emmett Havican. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Havican (Stefanie) of Marquette and Julie Green Poirier (Mark) of Ishpeming; her grandchildren, Zakary Green, Tayler Green, Trevor Havican (Jenny), Jarod Havican and Sabrina Niemi (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Finnley, Freya Havican and Marcelo Niemi.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fassbender Swanson Hansen Funeral & Cremation Services (926 N 3rd St, Marquette, MI 49855). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Swanson-Lundquist Funeral Home (926 N 3rd St, Marquette, MI 49855). The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to the staff of the Marquette County Medical Care Facility, the caregivers of Upper Peninsula Home Health and Hospice, as well as the Marquette Senior Center and RSVP, for their many kindnesses and dedicated care.
