She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Marszaleck and Susie Marszaleck (Minarchick); her husband Dr. Anthony Kloka of Matthew's Church; and her siblings, Joseph, Stanley, Dorothy, Stella and Delores (George).

She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Kloka and Ann Mathews (Alan); her grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Margaret, David Mathews, Zachary and Sarah DeForge; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Anthony Monzack, Haley and Xavier Mathews; and her sisters, MaryAnn Simon (Harvey) and Suzanne Grimminger (Walter).
