He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanine Willard (LeBeau). He is survived by: his wife Kristine Willard; his sister Lisa Willard; and his in-laws, Bill Rucinski, Patricia Rucinski and Cathy Myers. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
