She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ocha and Orelia Ocha (Bolduc); her husband John Fortin; her daughter-in-law Betty Fortin; her granddaughters, Oralia Fortin and Laura Fortin; and her siblings, Gladys Kantola (Charles), John Earl "Buck" Ocha and Albert Ocha.
She is survived by: her children, John Fortin (Linda), Rose Morrison (Ron), Charles Fortin (Tina), Albert Fortin (Sarah) and William Fortin. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.
