He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer "Patsy" Sibilsky and Arbutus "Boots" Sibilsky (Hearn); his mother-in-law Martha Krym Manninen; his son James Sibilsky; his brother Dennis Sibilsky; and his sister-in-law Gerry Sibilsky.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Krym); his children, Donald (Dominique DePas) of Marquette and Joni Tripp (Russ) of Marquette; his grandchildren, Scott Tripp (Caro) of Marquette, Ashlee Tripp of Marquette, Britnie Sibilsky of South Korea and Dylan Sibilsky of Marquette; his brother Ronald Sibilsky of Lake, MI; and his brother-in-law James Krym (Gwen) of White Pine, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the charity of donor's choice.
