She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Rintala and Minnie Rintala; and her husband Raymond Ranta. She is survived by: her children, Ray Ranta, Jr. (Bonnie) of Marquette and Katherine Russell of Naples, FL; her grandchildren, Mark Ranta (Dulcee) of Marquette, Aaron Ranta (Cortney) of Marquette, Amy Martin (Kyle) of Marquette, Garrett Russell (Laura) of Grand Rapids and Elise Russell of Naples, FL; and her great grandchildren, Cole Ranta, Brett Ranta, Seth Martin, Caydence Ranta, Ty Martin, Ella Martin and Charlotte Ranta.
