He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Maki and Viano Maki (Turri); his wife Elsie Maki; his son-in-law Tim Keuscher; his siblings, Arthur, Arnold, Alfred, Raymond, Albert, Donald, Martha, Louise, Gertrude and Lillian; his stepson John Wiinamaki; and his siblings-in-law, Lowell Johnson, Ron Pariseau, Marion Maki, Dorothy Maki, Joan Maki and Betty Maki.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Terry Keuscher (Wiinamaki) of Marquette and Janet Wiinamaki Weis (Brad) of Moab, UT; his siblings, Helen Johnson of Marquette, Edith Pariseau of Gwinn, Isabelle Maki of Medford, OR and Mike Maki (Sheila) of Marquette; his siblings-in-law, Karen Maki of Marquette and Larry Lawrence of Big Rapids; and his nephew Bill.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Memphis, TN or the Michigan Veterans Home D.J. Jacobetti Life Enrichment Fund.
