William Thomas Kapeller Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Thomas Kapeller (Marquette, Michigan), born in Iron Mountain, Michigan, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Rosebud Johns (Bissig); his wife Joan "Jo" Rasmussen; his sister Margaret Bruette; and his adoptive father Nathan Kapeller.

He is survived by: his daughters, Marie Ward (Andy) and Heather Kapeller-Wisniewski (Jon Wisniewski); his grandchildren, Brandon Ward (Rachel) of Knoxville, TN and Elyse Hawkins (Kevin) of Neenah, WI; and his close friends, Ruth Mattson, Pat Francis, Everett Shaw, Terry Wald and Tom Gardyko. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
