In loving memory of Barbara Kathleen Hoard (Marshall, Michigan), who departed this world on November 5, 2025 at the age of 77. Barbara leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Henry Stinson and Eleitha Stinson; and her partner Dale A. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Michelle K. Robinson (Stephen) of Battle Creek, William M. Siefke of Marshall and Angela Aldossary (Wahab) of Saudia Arabia; her extended family, Michael and Chrystal Smith of Burlington; and her great grandchild Patricia Miller (Smith) of Kentucky. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kempf Family Funeral Home (2838 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015). A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Assyria Cemetery.
