He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bernard Masters and Anna Bell Masters (Dadow). He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Russ Hill (Masters), Anita Masters, Pamela Larry Rodriguez (Masters), Heath Jennifer Masters, Marty Eric Stebleton (Masters) and Elizabeth Kay Masters. He is also survived by Seven gran kids and Eight great gran kids.
