He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul McGinnis and Hannah McGinnis (Sutton); and his son Lance McGinnis. He is survived by: his daughter Cherie Mathews (Bill) of Coldwater; his siblings, Cynthia Morris of Cleveland Ohio, Paul McGinnis (Margaret) of Battle Creek, Patrick McGinnis (Jane) of Indian River, MI, Michael McGinnis (Jovoane) of Battle Creek and Robin Billings (Mike) of Bellevue; his grandchildren, Kenneth Elkins, Mya Elkins, Isbella Mathews, Kelsie McGinnis and Gavin McGinnis; and his close friend June Willis. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
