He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wayne and Donna Lou Smith (Henderson). He is survived by: his wife Dawn "Ginger" Smith; his son Joshua Smith (Lainey); his grandchildren, Ryleigh, Trinity Smith and Lydia Buchler; and his siblings, Dawn Sanden (Scott) of James, Cheryl Smith, Donald Smith, Amber Pieh (Brad), Vince Haynes, Paula Haynes, Michelle Thelen (Christopher) and Darci Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be given to Bellevue Good Samaritan Food Pantry (a ministry of Bellevue Methodist Church), 122 West Capital Ave., Bellevue, MI 49021.
