He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ratajczak and Rita Ratajczak (Vath). He is survived by: his wife Susan W. Greene; his daughters, Jennifer Susan Hamilton (Don) and Jamie Sue Heinrich; and his granddaughters, Carley, Heather and Sarah.
