She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Monk; her children, Lisa Monk and Greg Monk (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Ryan Monk, Ashley Cole and Zach Cole; and her great grandchild Maybelle Cole.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services (723 US Hwy 27 N, Marshall, MI 49068). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (212 W Hanover St, Marshall, MI 49068).
