He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Dudley and Annis Ham (Bird); and his wife Rosemary Ham. He is survived by: his sons, David and Charles (Eleanor); his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Caroline; his children, Alessandra De Marchi and Torsten Wingenter; his brother John Ham (Rita); and his grandpup Riley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made out to the Marshall Fountain Clinic or the American Lung Association.
