He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph V. Ortiz and Mary C. Ortiz (Torre); his brother Vincent Ortiz; and his former life partner Jennifer Ortiz (Dunnuck). He is survived by : his daughters, Andrea Meyer (Ortiz) and Alisha Ortiz; his wife Deirdre Ortiz (Bath); his sister Gera Wade (Ortiz); and his children, David Ray, Toni Colton (Ortiz) and Tina Ortiz. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
