He was predeceased by: his parents, Boleslaw Malinowski and Anna Malinowski; his granddaughters, Brandi and Bethani Faurot; and his siblings, Norbert, Joseph, Edna and Louis.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Jackie Malinowski; his children, Julie Tyslicky (Jon), Mary Faurot (Dale), Kim Metzger (Gary), John Malinowski Jr. and Kelley Meyers (Scott); and his nephew David Talbert. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
