He was predeceased by : his parents, Roscoe Eby and Florence Eby (Sloat); and his wife Christy Hall. He is survived by : his girlfriend Tammy Ruble; his children, Kent Eby of Elkhart and Tammy Booth (Tom) of Union, Kentucky; his granddaughters, Brooke Jordan (Marcus) of Union, KY, Ashley Malcom of Elkhart and Kaylee Eby of Elkhart; his sister Marge Crowder (James) of Cullowhee; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Hall and Sharon Sandifer. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
