She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis H. Shippell and Lena E. Shippell (Denniston); her husband Cloye Potter; her son John Willison; and her brother Raymond Shippell.

She is survived by : her son David Willison (Pamela); and her siblings, Don Shippell (Nancy), Paul Shippell (Sue), Helen Willison and Ruth Stout. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
