He is survived by: his wife Jeanette A Banfield; his daughters, Michelle Vansickle (Kent), Lisa Dubois (Rich), Jolene Flynn and Renee Cato (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jake (Faye), Garret (Sam), Chela Vansickle, Devin Hertlein (Ryan), Meghan Pavletic (Leo), Annie Dubois, Forrest Newton (Lairyn), Allie Chapman (Ethan) and Dalton Dolly (Jillissa); his great grandchildren, Sean, Clay, Caroline Vansickle, Fox, Junie Newton, Sutton Dolly, Hertlein and Pavletic; and his nephew Myron.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests consideration to either the Calhoun County 4-H Beef Scholarship Fund or Heart of The Nation Catholic Mass.
