It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Opal Newsome of Marshall, Michigan, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Newsome and Molly Newsome (Newsome); her siblings, Ada Marie Newsome, Feddie Newsome, Mollie Mae Newsome and Beatrice Hamilton; her foster sister Spicy McPeek; her sister-in-law Emily Newsome; and her nephew Gordon Newsome.

She is survived by : her goddaughter Pamela Hamilton of Marshall; her brother-in-law Palmer Hamilton of Marshall; and also Brett.
