She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Sr. Gay and Betty Gay (Sidnam); her husband James Brewer Sr.; her stepson James Brewer Jr.; and her brothers, Larry and Keith Gay.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Rugg (William); her siblings, James Gay, Peggy Booton, Sue Hutcheson, Ted Gay (Joyce), Patrick Gay (Irene), Bryan Gay (Tara), Mark Gay (Stacie), Tina Gay and Wayne Gay Jr.; her grandchildren, Marina Foley (Matt), Jordan Bartlett (Brian Bocklund) and Olivia Rugg; and her great grandchildren, Gideon Foley, Esther Foley and Ruth Foley. She is also survived by step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
