He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Kramer and Amelia Kramer (Wolff); his wife Patricia Skutt; his siblings, Alfred, Kenneth, Walter, Fredrick and Martha Hoffman; and his nieces, Patricia Hoffman-Mead and Karen Nickols (Michael Mileski).
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Kramer (Bryan Dean); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Fry (Brian) and Loren Needham. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, as well as, several nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Ft. Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012).
