He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fredrick and Ethel Elnore Rapp (Amsler); and his brother Robert Cecil Rapp. He is survived by: his children, Boe Norton, Jean Isaacs, Rose Richard and Sonny Norton; and his brother Bruce Rapp. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
