She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Shippell and Lena Shippell (Denniston); her husband William Stout; her siblings, Marilyn Potter and Ray Shippell; her brothers-in-law, Harold Willison and Cloe Potter; and her stepdaughter Eileen Stout.
She is survived by: her children, Trina Bayes (Andy) and Tim Howell (Jamie); her siblings, Helen Willison, Don Shippell (Nancy) and Paul Shippell (Sue); her stepchildren, Bill, Diana and Monica Stout; her grandchildren, Cameo Smith (Shayne), Jadelynn Hulsebus-Bayes (Justin), Carsen Howell, Evan Howell, Haylee O'Leary (Kaity) and Hayden McClelland; her great grandchild Asher Smith; her friends, Linda Smith, Monica Anderson, Peggy Higgins, Janice Charmeda and Sheila Case (Rick); and her pet Meeks Stout. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
