He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth V. Ruffing and Joyce A. Ruffing (Reed); his sister Mary Carol Weir (Ruffing); and his sister-in-law Mary Beth Ruffing. He is survived by : his wife Beth Ruffing (Eggers); his children, Ethan James and Grace Ann; his siblings, Thomas Ruffing (Brenda), Connie Ray (Gary), Barbara Ruffing and Michael; and his brother-in-law Bruce Weir (Rhonda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
