He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Foupht and Elaine Foupht (Van Antwerp); his son Todd; his close friend Connie Klok; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Livingston and Linda Foupht.

He is survived by: his children, Steve Foupht and Marcia Avila; his stepsons, James Klok (Kim Sitton) and Brian Klok (Julie); his grandchildren, Ashley, Justin, Ronald, Lena, Lyndon, Chelsea, Stevie, Christopher, Danielle, Shelby, Hannah and Alicyn; his great grandchild Serenity; and his siblings, Charles (Cora), Charlotte and Ileen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
