He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Harnish and Margaret Harnish (Gillan); his sister Judith Clark; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Lori Harnish, Mark Harnish (Debbie), David Harnish (Kelley), Stephanie Watkins and Jason Warner (Amy); and his grandchildren, Robert Paschal (Nikki), Amanda Labert (Brad), Naomi Smith, Bradley Smith, Tami Harnish, Kristi Harnish, Jeffrey Harnish (Courtney), Benjamin Harnish (Delaney), Alexandra Martinez (Braulio), Harold Watkins (Kayla), Ethan and Brody Warner. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
