It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen M. Distelrath of Marysville, Michigan, who passed away on November 18, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Westrick and Mary Westrick; her husband Harold Distelrath of Mary's Catholic Church; her daughter-in-law Nancy Distelrath; her great grandchild Gunner Moulton; and her in-laws, Raymond, Anne Westrick, Jerry Cooley, Leo, Bernice Westrick, Edward, Ann Westrick, Lloyd Westrick, Alvoy, Marilyn Westrick, Ervin, Linda Westrick, Kenneth, Barb Westrick, Marvin Westrick, Joyce Westrick, Eileen and Bob Pretty.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Campbell (Larry), Dennis Distelrath, Kaye Distelrath and Mike Distelrath (Cindy); her grandchildren, Nick Campbell (Jessica), Jeff Campbell (Maria), David Distelrath (Autumn), Katie Moulton (Eric), Michael Distelrath II, Jonathan Distelrath (Susie) and Mary Langell; her brothers, Vern Westrick (Margie), Alfred Westrick and Jack Westrick (Alyce); and her sisters-in-law, Gail Westrick and Mary Louise Westrick. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (4061 St Clair Hwy, East China, MI 48054). A rosary was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 7:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
