He was predeceased by: his wife Delores Heathman; his sister Louise Frazier (Van Horn); and his daughter-in-law Becky. He is survived by: his brother Jan Van Horn (Jeannie); his brother-in-law Thomas Heathman; his nephews, Bruce Van Horn and Robert Van Horn (Karen); his niece Julie Van Horn; and his grandchildren, Shaun (Melanie), Katie, David, Nicholas (Tabitha) and Michael (Sarah). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
