He was predeceased by : his wife Nichole Ann Gilbert Conner; and his grandparents, Lawrence, Irma Hagerman, Howard and Joyce Conner.

He is survived by : his uncles, Robert Buckley and Gilbert Ross; his aunt Lonnie Conner; his cousin Chad Piper; his parents, Stephen G. Conner and Jacilyn K. Conner (Hagerman); his children, Brianna Conner, Christopher Conner, Autumn Cardinal and Jaylen Conner; his grandchild Addison Rose Perrin; his siblings, Stephen Conner, Stephanie Conner and Courtney Conner; his nieces, Hannah Conner, Hailey Conner, Madison Conner and Regan Shoemaker; his nephew Stephen Howard Conner; his aunts and uncles, Linda Shell, Rhonda Buckley, Kathy Ross, Jillyn Hagerman, Michael Conner (Linda) and Larry Hagerman (Karen); and his close friend Carrie Ann Moore (Bradley).
