Douglas Earl Richey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2025, at the age of 94, Douglas Earl Richey of Mason, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mae Richey (Goad); his sons, Gary Richey (Penny), James Richey (Patti), Thomas Richey (Cynthia) and Scott Richey; his brother Garth Richey (Jan); and his sisters-in-law, Arlene Richey (Ethel Richey), Doris Goad (Marvin), Carole Goad (Bill) and Marlene Denison (Wayne). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mason First Church of the Nazarene (415 E Maple St, Mason, MI 48854). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to City Rescue Mission of Lansing.
