She is survived by: her husband Joshua Ousley, Sr.; her sons, Joshua Richard Ousley Jr. (Nevaeh Quinn) and James Alan Ousley (Kirsten Webb); her mother-in-law Cindy Ousley; her mother Wendy Lopez (Mike); and her siblings, Christian, Sarah, Victoria and Zacary.
