Finch (Jay), Bobbi Richardson (Brent), Terri Stelljes, Cammi Morris (David), Penni Glynn, Nathan Shaw (Rachel) and Dr. Carri Polick (Scott); his grandchildren, Haleigh, Cameron, Andrew, Preston, Lance, Belle, Ally, Blair, Gage, River, Blake, Cadence, Anona and Mathias; his great grandchild Sylvie; and his siblings, Michael Finch, Vicki Linkh (George) and Mary Nelson (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
