He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Plumhoff and Bonadine Plumhoff (Burmeister); his siblings, Vivian Robinson (Don) and Max Plumhoff (Jean Marie); and his daughter-in-law Dee Plumhoff.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Clontz (Randy), Jeffrey Plumhoff, Carrie Shapley (Dean) and Bonnie Stalnaker; his grandchildren, Stephanie Rakowski (Grant), Austin Shapley, Harrison Shapley (Rosamary), Kathryn Plumhoff Wooley (Paul), Christopher Plumhoff, Abby Barrett (Billy) and Leah Clontz; and his great grandchildren, Jude Rakowski, Thomas Wooley, Easton Wooley, Rafael Shapley and Pascal Shapley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tom's memory to the Keith L. Hayes Scholarship Fund through the Mason First United Methodist Church in Mason, Michigan.
