It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Florence Joanne Kucinich of Mattawan, Michigan, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Fialkowski and Virginia Fialkowski (Lizik) of Chicago, Illinois.; and her sisters, Marie Royer (Russell) and Christine LoPiccolo (Claude). She is survived by: her children, Stephen Kucinich of Kalamazoo, Michael Kucinich (Leslie) of Kalamazoo, Jacquelyn Davis (Donald) of Portage and John Kucinich (Maureen) of Avon, NC; her grandchildren, Stephanie Klimek (Trevor), Elizabeth Kucinich, Brian Kucinich (Carmen), Rebecca Garvelink (Bob), Thomas Davis (Faye), Andrew Kucinich and Matthew Kucinich (Carleigh); and her great grandchildren, Theo, Liam, Lenix, Alexander, Gabriel, Bryson, Maddie, Blake, Luke, Wesley, Brynn, Anna, Lilah and Jenna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
A Mass was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar Saint John Bosco Catholic Church (23830 Front St, Mattawan, MI 49071). A burial was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
