It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stacee Mattimore in Mattawan, Michigan, who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Stacee may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Jacobsen and Myrna Jacobsen (Johnson); her grandparents, Everett, Jennie Johnson (Lahndorf), Olive Mulligan (Burnett) and Harold Jacobsen; and her former husband Mark Mattimore.
She is survived by: her children, Benjamin Mattimore of Kalamazoo, Molly Monroe (Mason) of Mattawan, Casey Mattimore (Terika) of Decatur, Indiana and Monica Mattimore of Kalamazoo; and her grandchildren, Cohen Hayes and Cooper Eugene.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Otsego Methodist Church (223 E Allegan St, Otsego, MI 49078).
