She was predeceased by : her sister Raven. She is survived by : her parents, Thomas and Valerie; her siblings, Stephanie Cullum (Michael), Catherine Eby, Kimberly Eby, Anastasia Rai (Ashank), Alexandra Dudek (Shane), Zalonya Eby, Jameira Eby, Karen Eby, Rose McMillion, Tyjuan Osby, Hakeem Osby, Daniel Osby, Jamar Osby and Jhuel White; and her grandparents, Donald and Patricia Earhart. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Madeleine's name may be made to St. Stephen School, New Boston or Holy Ghost Lutheran School, Monroe.
