He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Otto. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, Dean Otto (Lisa) and Susan Johnson (Gene); his grandchildren, Jessica Hamilton (Anthony), Lauren Otto (Sean), Laine Otto, Erica Cook (Bobby), Kayla Eisenhauer (Stephen), Chris Johnson (Shawna) and Jenny Torres (Rudy); his great grandchildren, Stanley, Jackson, Isabella, Aiden, Paisley, David, Melody, Dante, Enzo, Gabe, Hunter and Cheyenne; his brothers, Bill Otto (Barb) and Jim Otto (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Joana Fisher (Frank).
