He was predeceased by: his mother Lorene Sedlacek; and his brother-in-law Ron Anderson. He is survived by: his father Raymond Sedlacek; his siblings, Alice Anderson, Steph Sedlacek (Lilean) and Kris Yanska (Ray); his daughter Melaina Carr (Tony); and his grandchildren, Eliza and Logan Carr.
