He was predeceased by : his parents, Orin Bailey and Valeda Bailey (Shields); his wife Kathleen Bailey; and his siblings, Beverly, Robert, Patty, Alice and Danny.

He is survived by : his children, John Bailey (Tammy), Jared Bailey (Beth Levy), Jimbo Bailey (Autumn) and Marianne Morgan (James); and his siblings, Mike Bailey (Alice Bauer), Jane Sail and Mary Lou. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
